At Felling Pharmacy, we believe exceptional pharmacy care should feel personal, accessible and genuinely caring.

We are a brand-new, independent, family-run pharmacy in the heart of Felling, Gateshead. Following the closure of the former Boots pharmacy, we are delighted to be bringing a much-needed pharmacy service back to the local area and once again providing the community with convenient access to trusted healthcare close to home.

Being independent allows us to put our patients at the centre of everything we do. We are not simply here to dispense prescriptions — we are here to listen, advise, support and build lasting relationships with the people and families we serve.

Our vision is to create a modern community pharmacy where professional healthcare is delivered with warmth, compassion and a personal touch. Whether you are collecting a prescription, seeking expert advice or simply need reassurance about your health, our team will always take the time to make sure you feel listened to, respected and cared for.

We also understand that modern life can make accessing healthcare during traditional working hours difficult. That is why Felling Pharmacy offers convenient opening hours throughout the week:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

With extended weekday hours and weekend opening, we aim to make pharmacy care more accessible for working professionals, busy families and the wider community.
